School Building with the Kshetra
Devotees who wish to come and stay at Shri Mahalasa Narayani Devi Kshetra — which is considered as a spiritual resort — are most welcome, especially if you arrive with your families.
To arrive here, please go to ‘Location‘ which gives you the road, rail and air routes to guide your travel.
The accommodation is made in either the library building or the school building, depending on circumstances. There are no cots or separate rooms, but the stay will be in a school classroom or the library hall.
There are no air-conditioned rooms, and indeed, your stay is not for luxuries, but for performing sevas to Shri Mahalasa Narayani as a simple pilgrim.
This is also an ideal place for meditation due to the calmness and serenity of the divine surroundings, as well as for performing many rituals.
Indeed, it is amazing that Shri Mahalasa Narayani Devi Kshetra is one spiritual centre where the direct participation of devotees — along with vaidiks and priests, or individually — is wholesomely encouraged in many poojas and yajnas and on special occasions. On certain days, the devotees themselves can perform the Kumkumarchana at Her feet or perform the full pooja, including Abhishek seva, to Lord Gurudatta at the spritually powerful Datta Peetha.
There are separate toilet/bathroom blocks available.
There are no charges for your stay.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the designated area only, also free of charge.
